Consultation has now closed. Thank you to everyone who took part. We will now carefully review all feedback received to help shape the final proposals, which will be submitted as part of a planning application to Basildon Borough Council.

This website will be kept up to date with project progress.

Once we have finalised our plans, we will submit a full planning application to Basildon Borough Council. The council will undertake their own consultation prior to determining the application. 

This website will continue to be updated to provide further updates about the project as the application progresses.
