Taylor Wimpey is bringing forward proposals for high quality new homes on land west of Tye Common Road, Billericay.
Our Proposals
The scheme will deliver up to 175 new homes, including affordable housing to help meet local needs. The proposals also make provision for major landscape enhancements. Our vision is to deliver a walkable, landscape-led neighbourhood that reflects the character of Billericay and makes a positive contribution to the wider area.
